I understand that CORE does not make any warranty concerning the performance, operation, installation or any other characteristic or feature of this system. CORE approval of this application is only for the purpose of obtaining an incentive. By signing below I certify that the system described in this application is installed and that the information provided in this application is accurate and true. Initial each item below:
¾ I understand that the CORE SUN POWER PIONEERS program is offered on a firstcome, first served basis.
¾ I understand that CORE may inspect my system, free of charge, at a mutually agreed upon time within ten days of receipt of this application. I understand that refusing reasonable access for inspection will result in application denial.
¾ I understand that if my system fails inspection by CORE it must be reinspected and approved before I can receive a rebate. CORE will issue an inspection report indicating any problems and suggesting remedies.
¾ I have received an owner’s manual and documents specifying system installation, maintenance, service and replacement parts, potential system hazards, and system component warranty coverage and claims procedures.
¾ I have attached a copy of the building permit after final inspection. ¾ I have attached proof of payment for this installation: an itemized contract, invoice or receipt marked “paid” by the certifying installer and dated.

*The electricity output of a given PV module varies depending upon many factors. The PTC (PVUSA Test Conditions) were created to make it easier to compare the output of different PV systems. The standardized test conditions are defined as 40°C (104°F) temperature, 1000 W/m2 solar irradiance, and 1 m/s wind speed.
