As a representative of my hometown of San Francisco Etucuaro Michoacán, Mexico, I, Rigoberto Valle, am starting a non-profit organization to collect funds and services to assist in the remodeling, beautification, and restoration of the local religious structures, activity arenas, and various other areas within the community of San Francisco Etucuaro. In order to assist my community within Mexico, I have registered with the federal government as a non-profit organization listed under the Federal Tax Identification number (EIN) # 27-0317227. I will include a letter from the Internal Revenue Service. I am also currently working on registering with the state and local governments in order to be absolutely legal in all of my activities within this organization. I am currently registering with the Cook County Clerk’s Office and the State of Illinois Department of Revenue. Below is a listing of all the aspects of this organization and how they function. If you have any questions or comments please refer to the listing on the left margin to contact us. The Purpose of This Organization This organization is being formed to hold collections physically within the City of Chicago and other locations within the United States of America. It will also hold collections globally at www.sanfranciscoetucuaro.com. These collections will benefit only the habitants of San Francisco Etucuaro. These funds will go to improve local living conditions and restore the natural beauty of the small Mexican village. All funds gathered will either be forwarded to operational costs or to representatives within the local community in Mexico to provide for improvements. No one representative of this organization will accept any compensation for any effort given towards the cause. Operational costs will include, but are not limited to, compensation to performers, web site maintenance, registration of this organization, banking costs, and taxing. Funds will then be transferred to Mexico via Money transfer, bank transfer, or other method. Organizational Activities We will be attempting to perform benefits, concerts, collection days, dances, walks, contests, sweepstakes, lotteries, or any other form of collecting funds. We might attempt to even travel on organizational expense to report on progress within the village. We are hoping for Mexican government assistance, corporate sponsorships, and local business sponsorships.
Thank You,
Rigoberto Valle Rigoberto Valle President
