HS Enrichment PTO, INC Membership Form 2018-2019 Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year. Our PTO forms a community for the parents and staff of Harmony School of Enrichment students to work together to obtain common goals. We encourage all parents and staff at Harmony School of Enrichment to join the PTO.Membership dues are only $10 and are used to support our school. Please complete the form below and return to your child’s homeroom teacher.
