Psychosocial profile The physical profile focuses in the child’s health practices and on behaviors that affects health and well-being.

Health Practices

Findings:

- Last check up was on May 9, 2009.

- Viral infection.

Typical Day

- Wake up at 6:30, mangihi, inum tubig, take a bath, eat breakfast, water,

play, snack, eat lunch at 12 noon, play, sometimes matulog,

snacks, eat dinner at 4 pm, play, drink milk, sleep at 9:00 pm. -
