Tuesday, November 24, 2009 Dear Valued Client; I am pleased to inform you that we have had a successful meeting with Mr. Bjorn Frithiof and Mr. Tomas Woren of IKEA. There are a few items that need to be addressed in order to allow an extension of the December 1, 2009 deadline. Much of this is the responsibility of PSI and we need the cooperation of our clients to fulfill these needs. First and foremost we need your permission to release test reports and correlation information to IKEA. If we are able to show IKEA all pertinent test information and correlations, IKEA will be willing to extend the December 1, 2009 to a suitable time frame for PSI to complete other action items.
