At least ONE MONTH before you intend to depart to the place you want to visit, you have to fill in these necessary forms:

ONLINE FORMS (ewarga) 1. U3P 2. SPKLN: fill in #3  In "Maklumat Ketua", under: "Ketua Jabatan/Pengerusi Pusat/Ketua Bhg. yg Bertanggungjawab" AND "Dekan/Pengarah" = our Director's name  Fill in the EXACT SAME info you did in U3P. Ignore other details in there.  Give the same departure and arrival dates for BOTH the activities and departure/arrival columns 3. Tempahan Sistem e-Tiket: Siti @ x-3155 PAPER FORMS 1. 2.

Tuntutan Elaun Pakaian Panas: eligible for 1 claim every 3 years Permohonan Pendahuluan Diri (B/Hari @ x-4098): > 5 days before departure date

Letter of invitation from your counterpart oversea stating: your name, date of stay (fromto), purpose of travel & activities organized for you during your stay (if applicable) Invitation Ticket to the event (if applicable)

ACTION  Print out the online forms Submit to Pen. Pendaftar at your  Original copy of the paper forms respective offices for processing  Photocopy the important attachments  When you have received Surat Kelulusan from NC (Aisyah @ x-5402): make 3 copies to process your applications for - baju panas, pendahuluan diri and tiket kapalterbang  Hotel booking can be done through En. Sani (Pej. Pendaftar)  Bring the original letters/documents with you during your stay for ease of travel

VISA APPLICATION: 1.

If you want to apply on your own, it takes 3 working days for processing of visas: OFFICE HOUR

Monday - Friday (Excepting Embassy's holidays) 08:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon 14:00 p.m. - 16:00 p.m. Requirements are as stated here (for: short-period business meeting) 2.

If you want to apply it through Pejabat Pendaftar (Siti @ x-3155), it takes ~ 14 working days for processing of visas:  A valid passport (expiry date is well beyond the stay time)  1 Photo (completely blue background, 2 inch x 2 inch size)  Invitation letter from your counterpart in the place you are visiting  Letter of introduction (my sample here)  Visa application form

TRAVEL INSURANCE: You can apply for it at any reputable insurance agency (1 working day). Fee varies (keep the receipt for claim purposes)
