Ward 6 Shuttle Plan In an effort to support our Ward 6 families, we have acquired volunteer support via one of our parents, Ms. Kenneybrew to facilitate a small shuttle service for our Capital Hill Scholars. To sign-up for the shuttle, please see Mr. Sam and/or the designated contact person to sign-up your scholar for the shuttle. Please familiarize yourself with the details below. Start Date: 11/2/09 Days of Operation: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday’s from 3:15-5:45 Shuttle Route: The shuttle will begin at Stuart Hobson, travel and drop off the scholars at Center City. Please see the schedule below for pick-up times. Fee: 3$ per week/ 10$ month (nominal fee to be used to provide gas for the shuttle)
Transportation Schedule Scholars on the pick-up list are expected to meet in the front lobby of each drop-off location 5-10 minutes prior to expected arrival. At the scheduled pick-up time, exit the building and board the bus, checking off your name on the pick-up list. If you are going to be late, it is your responsibility to contact the driver to notify him/her. Lastly, please conduct yourself in accordance with Higher Achievement’s expectations, any failure to do so will result in scholars not being permitted to ride the shuttle for a period of time.
