Thus, we ought to change for better profitable and value added flower business. The market of the preserved flowers is growing steadily by around 25-30% over the previous year. The market includes the raw material flowers and assembled products. The market in Japan is reported to be about 100 million US Dollars. The bouquets assembled with the various preserved flowers are now sold at the flower shops displayed with the various fresh cut flowers, which was never seen and accepted in the past 3-5 years ago. The raw material preserved flowers are being sold mostly through the whole sale shops to the students of the flower arrangement and design schools( nearly 25,000 schools with about 4,000,000 students

throughout Japan), while the assembled items are being sold through the website, shops and at the lifestyle stores. Upon signing the Agreement between the parties, the Magic of the Flowers(Licensor) shall set up the training session at Royal Aromatix, (Licensee) New Delhi, India for 5 days and the test

production to determine the standard quality of the preserved flowers take place. 2.

With the samples made at the test production the Licensor will visit the major wholesale companies of the preserved flower items in Tokyo, major market and flower design schools. And will set up the website of the preserved flowers for marketing purpose.

Royal Aromatix Services, Limited is free to market the preserved flowers in the market of Japan and of any countries through its contacts and channel. The Licensee shall provide with the marketing assistance to Royal Aromatix
