Promises of Eternal Life Now You died to the power of sinʼs rule over my life (Rom. 6:1-6) You are free forever from condemnation (Rom. 8:1) You have received the Spirit of God into your life that you may know the things freely given to you by God (1 Cor. 2:12) You have been given the mind of Christ (1 Cor. 2:16) You have been made righteous (2 Cor. 5:21) You have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer you who live, but Christ who lives in you. The life you are now living is Christʼs life (Gal. 2:20) You have been blessed with every spiritual blessing (Eph. 1:3) You were chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy and are without blame before Him (Eph. 1:4) You have been raised up and seated with Christ in heaven (Eph. 2:6) You have direct access to God through the Spirit (Eph. 2:18) You can approach God with boldness, freedom and confidence (Eph. 3:12) You have been redeemed and forgiven of all your sins (Col. 1:14) You have been made complete in Christ (Col. 2:10) You have been given a spirit of power, love, and self-discipline (2 Tim. 1:7) You have been sanctified, and Jesus is not ashamed to call you brother/sister (Heb. 2:11) You are protected by God through faith for eternal salvation (1 Pet. 1:3-9) You have been given exceedingly great and precious promises by God by which you are a partaker of Godʼs divine nature (2 Pet. 1:4)

Who I Am In Christ

I am God's child. As a disciple, I am a friend of Jesus Christ. I have been justified. I am united with the Lord, and I am one with Him in spirit. I have been bought with a price and I belong to God. I am a member of Christ's body. I have been chosen by God and adopted as His child. I have been redeemed and forgiven of all my sins. I am complete in Christ. I have direct access to the throne of grace through Jesus Christ.

I am secure... Romans 8:1-2 Romans 8:28 Romans 8:31-39 2 Corinthians 1:21-22 Colossians 3:1-4

I am free from condemnation. I am assured that God works for my good in all circumstances. I am free from any condemnation brought against me and I cannot be separated from the love of God. I have been established, anointed and sealed by God. I am hidden with Christ in God.

I am confident that God will complete the good work He started in me. I am a citizen of heaven. I have not been given a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind. I am born of God and the evil one cannot touch me.

I am a branch of Jesus Christ, the true vine, and a channel of His life. I have been chosen and appointed to bear fruit. I am God's temple. I am a minister of reconciliation for God. I am seated with Jesus Christ in the heavenly realm. I am God's workmanship. I may approach God with freedom and confidence. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.

IN CHRIST Eph. 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. Galatians 3:27 for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. Ephesians 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ. Colossians 2:6 [ Freedom From Human Regulations Through Life With Christ ] So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, Ephesians 2:6 And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, 1 Thessalonians 5:18 give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Romans 6:11 In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. 1 Cor. 1:4 [ Thanksgiving ] I always thank God for you because of his grace given you in Christ Jesus. 2 Corinthians 1:21 Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, Ephesians 2:10 For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. How do I know that I am “In Christ”? 1 John 5 (short list) 1.

You believe that Jesus is the Christ (the anointed one of God that takes away sin and fills us with His Spirit) 2. You love and obey Godʼs word (you desire to please God and live his way) 3. You have your prayers answered (you see God working) 4. You do not live in continuous sin (patterns of sin)
