DNA Test Fingerprint Test Body Temperature Test Percocet Test

Test Results Test: DNA Test (Gel Electrophoresis) In the crime scene, there were three DNA samples to run in the gel electrophoresis which include blood spilled from the victim, blood spilled on the floor, and blood spilled on the table. After the test, two samples result are alike, and another sample is differences from the other two. This shows that there were two people in the crime scene.

Test: Fingerprint Test In the crime scene, there were two fingerprints founded on the crime scene. Even though the fingerprints are not able to be seen clearly, but we can identify that those two fingerprints contain different patterns. To conclude, this shows that there were two people in the crime scene.

Test: Percocet Test

The Percocet test that is run by using a sample from Ped’s body shows a negative result. This can be concluded that there is no Percocet in Ped’s body since the color of the solution did not turn into purple. Body Temperature Test

After calculating the body temperature of the corpse when we arrived at the scene indicate that Ped was dead for approximately 10 minutes before we arrive at the scene. Investigation Results From all pieces of evidence and data that we collected, we can conclude that this case is a murder that has been set up to be like a suicide due to many reasons. Gel Electrophoresis The result of gel electrophoresis shows that the blood spill on the floor and the victim are the victim’s blood while the blood spill on the table is someone’s else due to the completely different results. This shows that there was at least one more person in the scene which can be concluded that there was a serious fight between them as both of them bleeding.

Percocet Test From the Percocet test, it is shown that there is no percocet contained inside the victim’s body because the result is negative since the test sample did not change its color. This illustrates that the man did not take any pills that may cause death but why there are some pills on his hand. From this evidence, we can conclude that the victim has been intentionally set up by the murderer as he wants people to think that the victim committed suicide. Fingerprints Test There were two different fingerprints appeared on the scene which can indicate that there was not the only victim in the crime scene but there also someone else. This evidence gives us a clearer picture that this is a murder. It would normal instinct for a human to alert the authority to avoid any misunderstanding. But in this case, the anonymous suspect who was at the scene did not but chose to escape instead. This could be concluded that this suspect may be involved in this incident. Positioning And Surrounding Observing from pictures that were taken from the crime scene it can be seen how Ped was stabbed in the right side of his body, the position of the pen and the position of Percocet bottle. Considering the position of his wound, vital organs are located in which means that it was intended to cause severe damages. In addition from how the pen was positioned, we can tell that Ped is a right-handed person. It would be unnatural for him to stab himself with his non-dominant hand. Moreover, how the Percocet bottle was laying next to him on the right side was strange. If he was to commit suicide he would not be able to hold the knife and bottle on the same hand.
