Profile Luzon Brokerage Company was founded by Carlos Linggoy Araneta in the 1945 as a brokerage firm. With the help of his sons Juan Carlos, Santiago, and Fernando, Araneta expanded their family owned business and ventured into an air cargo agent and later as a forwarding service provider to clients. As a third party shipping provider, the company is responsible for dispatching shipments via asset-based carriers and arranges shipment space for their customers.The company continue to expand their logistic services in 1973 and introduced the 24-hour or overnight delivery services in the country later on. In 1985, The first branch of LBC outside the country was established in San Francisco, California, United States. Along with the opening of its US-based branch, the company introduced the famous “Balikbayan Box” and their money remittance service to cater to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW). The moniker "Hari ng Padala" was earned by the company in 1990. Products like Branch Pick-up and Bills payment were added in 2005. While the more secured mail service for personal documents, loose cargo and container load were introduced in 2010. From personal services, the company also expand their reach and target business owners.

Recruitment Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma. Must be a holder of Professional Driver's License. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. The company develop, implement, and coordinate recruitment policies, procedures and programs to ensure hiring of individuals at the right.

Selection The company held an initial interview for the employees, if the employee passes the initial interview they will proceed to the final interview.

Orientation and Induction The Company will held a company-wide New Associates’ Orientation, a 2 day event wherein all new associates are introduced to Company policies and procedures, including products and services and the company code of conduct
