TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Subject: Advertisement in the year book of Aurittro ’04, BUET. Dear Sir, It is a pleasure for us to inform you that a year book of Aurittro ’04, the student community of batch 2004, BUET, is going to be published. This year book, namely ‘AURITTRO ’04’ after the name of the batch community, will contain the details of more than 800 students of ’04 batch of BUET. It will also contain the speeches of the Vice-Chancellor and the Director of Student Welfare, BUET. About 1000 copies of the year book will be published, which will be delivered among the students, teachers and administrative offices of BUET. This will help us to remember our batch-mates and to keep in touch with them. This year book will be kept with us for such a long time, that even when the memories will be fading away, the colorful pages of this book will help us to color our memories. A team of experienced and efficient personnel are working relentlessly to make it a success. We heartily invite you to share these very great moments with us.
