OSCEOLA FARMS COMPANY PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA OPERAR TURBOGENERADORES 1) Chequear voltaje de control, interruptor de exitacion. 2) Chequear interruptor principal que este en posicion de trabajo. 3) Chequear que el regulador de voltaje este en manual y el reostato de campo en el minimo. 4) Cerrar interruptor de exitacion. 5) Ir aumentando el voltaje de exitacion a traves de el reostato de campo. 6) Ir ajustando la velocidad de la maquina a medida que lo va necesitando(3600 r.p.m.). 7) Poner en automatico el regulador de voltaje cuando este alrededor de 3950 a 4000 voltios en los generadores Nos. 2 y 3 y en 2100voltios en el generador No. 1. 8) Controlar la frecuencia de 60 Hz con el control del governador. 9) Si es la primera maquina, solo se pone el voltaje en nominal y con el interruptor de sincronizacion en ‘ON’, cerrar el interruptor de fuerza para energizer las barras 10) Si no es la primera maquina debe igualar los voltajes primero y luego proceder a la sincronizacion 11) Seguir los pasos requeridos para sincronizar cada generador.
