DF production services ensure that each shoot is properly handled through high level communication. Our logistics and equipment specialists are available to help cater to your individual production needs facilitating any request you may have. All digital capture equipment is backed up by redundancy as a standard proceedure to ensure that your production is safe and secure.

Local Transportation Services:

All local productions are serviced through DF logistics and transportation specialists. Based on your needs, custom location vehicles are available.

Digital technicians and equipment specialists work hands on with you to answer and facilitate any question you may have regarding new technology and equipment. No matter what your digital preference may be, DF can facilitate your request. All DigitalFusion clients are welcome to schedule time with our staff to experience the equipment and services DF•PRO has to offer through the use of our extensive knowledge base and equipment inventory. We will work with you and your crew to ensure success on your shoot.

Travel Day Rates & Fees

Additional Service Rates Details

Fine Print and Service Exceptions 

Travel is billed hourly. The rates represented on DF quote are estimated amounts. Actual travel hours are subject to change and will be billed for accurately on final invoice.

Pre-Light : Charged at the base package rate. Digital Tech overtime rates apply when production is greater than 10 hours.

Job location travel radius: 0-25 mi included 25+ mi mileage charges + hours of travel (billed in 15 min increments)

Digital Tech : Regular Overtime rates apply after 10 hours and are billed at $150 per hour.

Scheduling & Personnel: Digital Techs can be requested but are not guaranteed and are assigned based on availability at DF’s discretion.

Airline Fees & Charges, Transfers & Lodging: Airline and lodging is the responsibility of the client/ photographer and must be arranged prior to tech departure. Travel + Production Day: When travel occurs on the same day as the production, travel is billed after the 10 hours of production at the travel overtime rate. Per Diem Policy: In the event that the client/photographer does not allot a per diem. DF’s per diem amount is $50 per day, which covers food only, and will be added to the final invoice.

Additional Tech : Is provided upon request and is subject to availability, and additional rates and fees. Location Services: Additional location equipment and services can be provided per production request and are subject to additonal fees and charges. Examples include custom retouching, proof printing, file processing on set, online delivery on set, specialty vehicle requests, additional assistants, etc.

Cancellation Policy: Clients can request a hold for a future date at any time. The client will receive a quote to sign, and the signed quote will require a credit card to secure the confirmation. Approved/signed quotes must be returned to DF prior to 48 hours for the hold to be honored, otherwise hold is on a best effort basis . Cancellations that occur within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the quoted amount and the credit card provided will be charged after notification. Production Insurance Requirement: DF requires the client/photographer to provide an insurance certificate that covers at least $100k in liability and rented equipment. Billing and Back-up: Final invoices will be provided at best effort within 24 hours upon completion of the job. For travel jobs, original receipts will be provided with the final invoice.

Premiere Gallery

Premiere Gallery printing is a session billed hourly, including color adjustments and moderate retouching, up to five (5) free test prints and a strip test.

Photographic Paper Prices

Resin Coated inkjet papers that are similar to traditional photographic C-prints in appearance and texture. These papers include glossy, semi-matte, luster, and satin surfaces. These papers are great for all kinds of imagery and are extremely dynamic. They look beautiful whether framed, mounted or in a portfolio. Photographic Papers with Resin Coating are also able to be face mounted to Plexi-glass, which can be a wonderful option for gallery or home displays.

Matte watercolor papers. Fine Art Papers have a wide variety of surface textures, white points, and thickness. These papers can be a great option for a gallery show or a gift print. They are also an extremely popular solution for a high end portfolio. These papers cannot be face mounted but they are beautiful when back mounted or framed.

Premiere Gallery

Prints are made without any image adjustment. Files are printed “as-is.” Must meet the following requirements:

A custom print order includes color/contrast adjustment and border additions. Up to two (2) free 8" long dimension test prints on the paper of choice will be included. Standard turn-around is 24 hours per test print plus 24 hours for final prints. You may request an in-person printing session.

A premiere gallery printing session is the ultimate in fine art printmaking. Your session will include color/ contrast adjustment and border additions; up to five (5) free 8" long dimension; a full-resolution strip test on the paper of choice will also be included. All work is completed during your in-person printing session, which is billed at the Custom Printing rates of $80/hr.

• Must be “sized,” cropped with all borders included. Print must be formatted to exactly how client would like it to be printed. • Must have a resolution of at least 220 DPI. • File must be a full resolution JPEG, or FLATTENED TIFF. No Alpha channels, no paths, must be 8-bit. • Image must be tagged with an RGB color profile. Preferred profiles are Adobe 1998 and sRGB. Clients must pay in advance for Direct Printing orders. Turn-around time is 3 days.

Client may request light retouching (dust & scratches, sharpening and localized dodging/ burning) at Custom Printing rates of $80/hr. Any heavy retouching (beauty, compositing, etc.) will be charged at our standard retouching rates of $150/hr. available in quarter hour increments. All retouching may extend turn-around time. Prints ordered or printed during a retouching session will be charged at Custom Print rates. Client files from DF on disc (or archived in DF Studio) can be used in the future for Direct Printing orders.

Dust & scratch removal, localized dodging/burning and color correction are all provided by a printing technician with your guidance while you wait. Any heavy retouching (beauty, compositing, etc.) will be charged at our standard retouching rates of $150/ hr. available in quarter hour increments. Extensive retouching may extend beyond your session time. Client files from DF on disc (or archived in DF Studio) can be used in the future for Direct Printing orders.
