Cancellation Fee: No charge when booking is cancelled 7 days for more before shoot. A fee of $15 will be charged if cancelling 6 or 5 days before shoot. A fee of $25 will be charged if cancelling 4 or 3 days before shoot. A fee of $35 will be charged if cancelling 2 or less days before shoot. * When booking for an in-home portrait. If booking for an on-location portrait the booking fee may increase due to travel costs and possible area bookings. Please ask for a quote upon booking.

Terms and Conditions 1. Tilt.23 Photography retains all copyright relating to photographic images created at any time during your sitting. 2. The purchase of digital media containing photographic images (ie. DVD) gives you the right to reproduce the images in the form of prints for personal use. You may not onsell these images to other persons or companies. 3. Tilt.23 Photography retains the right to use all images taken during this session for personal and advertising purposes, as well as in any photographic competitions. 4. The booking fee must be paid at time of booking or else the appointment will not be schedule, and must also be made at least a month in advance of your chosen appointment date. 5. In the event you need to cancel your booking, you will incur a fee if less than 7 days notice is given. This fee is determined by the amount of time given and fees are as follows: 6-5 days notices - $15, 4-3 days notice - $25, 2 days or less notice - $35. 6. One complementary viewing appointment will be arranged on the day of your photography session. This will take place approximately ten days after the photography session. No additional viewing appointments will be available, although a dvd of proofs will be included as part of your sitting fee. 7. A deposit of 30% is payable once you have chosen your desired products. This deposit must be paid before Tilt.23 Photography will begin the production of any items. The remaining balance is required on the date of collection. 8. Date of collection will be approximately two weeks after your 30% deposit is received. This time may vary depending on the products you have chosen.
