SUPRON 3 company has been founded in 1992. We are market leader in fire-fighting and safety equipment. Internal hydrants have been produced by us since 1995 r. We have 8 CE certificates for hydrants and 1 volountary certificate for hydrant nozzle. All certificates are issued by Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection – National Research Institute ( CNBOP-PIB ) - notified body No 1438. We are also owner of

12 Certificates of admittance for fire hoses and other fire-fighting equipment. We work under quality certificate no 1144/4/2013 according to PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 in the field of activities: design, production and distribiution of fire-fighting and industrial safety goods and services.

COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 89/106/EEC

of 21 December 1988 on the approximation of laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to construction products

At present

Regulation ( EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction products (CPR)

CPR repeals Council Directive 89/106 / EEC and lays down harmonized conditions for the marketing and placing on the market construction products and specifies: • basic requirements for buildings, • the rules for declaring the performance of construction products, • the rules for the assessment and verification of constancy of performance, • the obligations of manufacturers, importers and distributors.

Until 1st July 2013 :

REGULATION (EU) No 305/2011 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC Article 66 Transitional provisions 1. Construction products which have been placed on the market in accordance with Directive 89/106/EEC before 1 July 2013 shall be deemed to comply with this Regulation.

2. Manufacturers may draw up a declaration of performance on the basis of a certificate of conformity or a declaration of conformity, which has been issued before 1 July 2013 in accordance with Directive 89/106/EEC.EN 4.4.2011 Official Journal of the European Union L 88/31 This article confirms that our CE certificate are still valid and we can issue declaration of performance

Article 4 of Regulation 305/2011 obligates manufacturers of construction products to draw up a declaration of performance when construction product, that is covered by a harmonized standard or conforms to a European Technical Assessment issued for that product, is placed on market. According to Article 6 of Regulation 305/2011, that declaration should be drawn up using the model set out in Annex III to that Regulation.

Technical details necessary to implement the system of assessment and verification of constancy of performance are included in relevant harmonized standards. Harmonized standards refer to the intended use of construction products which include and define the methods and criteria for assessing the performance of construction products in relation to their essential characteristics.

The inside diameter of the hose shall be maximum 52 mm EN 14540:2014 allowed inside diameter: 25, 38, 40/42/45, 50/51/52

The lenght of the hoses shall be in one piece and should not exceed 30m

For handling reasons the lenght of the hose should not exceed 20m

Nozzle with a sprey setting shall give a spray angle as follows: sheet spray : 90° ± 5° conical spray: not less than 45° The hose shall terminate in a shut-off nozzle, which shall give following control settings:

Cabinet EN 671-1:2012

EN 671-2: 2012

Cabinet for hose system shall be fitted with a door. Cabinet doors shall open to min. 170° to allow the hose to be run out freely in any direction. Cabinet shall be free of sharp edges, which might damage the equipment or cause injury.

System of covered/unseen hinges Protected by utility model. This solution offer high quality aesthetic performance, smooth door on whole surface and possibilities to open the door for 180°. Only this solution meets the high requirements of interior design.

Lockable cabinet shall be provide with an emergency opening device, which may be protected only by transparent frangible material. Innovative solution for key fixing

This solution is registered in Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. This allows us to use PATENT lock in non standards versions i.e. with glass or mirror. Hydrant is locked and there is no need to use additional cabinet for key.

Advantages of our hydrants: Full flexibility of hydrants installation and easy change connection side right – left (only need to turn it round 180°, without any other changes). Holes for water connection are blanked, enable connection to water pipe 1” or 2”. 6 water connections available: from the side, from the back, from the top.

Advantages of our hydrants: Fire hose reel ( for hydrants DN 25 & 33) Painted by powder paint, only in red colour RAL 3000 - according to standard PN-EN 671-1. Swinging hose reel up to 180° with brass water axis and develop force controller.

System of covered/unseen hinges. This solution is registered in Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and enables the simply adjusting of the cabinet door position (smooth door, easy open 180°). This solution improves also the cabinets appearance and aesthetics which meets also high requirements of interior design.

Advantages of our hydrants: Innovative solution for key fixing This solution is registered in Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. This allows us to use PATENT lock in non standards versions i.e. with glass or mirror. Hydrant is locked and there is no need to use additional cabinet for key.

Advantages of our hydrants: Crimped connection of nozzle with water axis. The water nozzle is connected with fire hose in inseparable way, by crimping, according to the solution reserved by SUPRON 3. This solution ensures reliability of connection, ergonomics of water nozzle handle, aesthetics as well as eliminates the possibility of injuring oneself. This considerably reduces the time annual inspection of fire hydrants.

Brass valve 1” in hydrants 25 Brass valve 1” is a standard offered in hydrants 25. Highier quality of connection aluminium – brass, highier resistance for water pressure, valve made by forging ( not casting).

Advantages of our hydrants: Valve 2” can be mounted in hydrants 25 & 33 by using slant reduction In hydrants 33, AL valve 2” is a standard. As a only producer we offer connection by slant reduction with GOST coupling

Hydrant hose DN 52 Hydrant hose 52 produced by SUPRON 3 according to : EN 14540

Innovative technology of connecting hose with coupling eliminating linking and possibilities of hose sawing on the end of coupling sleeve. It also improve the ergonomics and aesthetic.

Connection to hydrant valve 1” Short connection hose without clamp – made by crimping – warranty 100% of tightness, eliminate possibility of injury oneself. Threated connection is a standard. Thanks to the technical solutions, the compact size, ease of use and maintenance these hydrants are facilitate design, construction and supervision of installation of fire protection in the building and directly contribute to the reduction of investment costs. Hydrants have been tested by polish notified body CNBOP-PIB. The results confirm hydrants constant flow, which is not affected by a change in the supply pressure.

Cabinets are made in universal version: enable connection from the side or from above. Changing is simple just by turn for 180°.

Lock type OTS: For Polish market cabinets are quipped in specialized lock, opened and locked by pick-shaped pointed poll of light fire axe - according to PN-B-02861 Also can be equpied with simply lock or lock with key.
