• HISTORY In the early1950’s, while everyone still rebuilding from the damage of the World War II. Two construction firm: Minda Builder’s Inc. and VD Construction Firm started making names in their respective region here in Mindanao. With no proper education and just wits and experience, they’re able to grow their small company. The founding father, Rodrigo Duterte and Vicente Danao, had a pretty tight competition as both wanted to become successful in chosen business. Projects were coming but it’s small and not enough to keep both company afloat. The opportunity presented itself when the challenge to build the biggest hotel in Davao came. Every resource tapped, willing to give everything as they saw it was the opporunity of a lifetime. Both came out as the winner and in the end working side by side and erecting the ambitous and biggest hotel at that time; The Marco Polo Hotel. As the project end and the fruition of hardwork and dedication presented itself. More project came knocking on the door. Both parted ways with a promising future ahead of them.

The building of the hotel open opputunity and willing investors in the region, thus becoming the demand in construction firm rapidly increasing. To capitalized the booming industry, both company came up with the idea of marrying their children and merge both company. Thus the new company emerge in the construction industry, that is more realiable, experienced wise, and employee-loving company. Mindanao Master’s Builder Inc. established in 1975 and become a prominent faced of constuction company in Mindanao. To this day, Mindanao Master’s Builder receive awards and recognition in building quality and affordable structures. This recognition and award display the dedication and commitment of Mindanao Master’s Builder in providing good services to it’s client and also to the community.
