• Most employees prefer to be motivated. • What one person finds motivating another may find boring, frustrating and debilitating. • Self-motivation plays a crucial role. • An unmotivated person can become motivated and vice versa. • Motivation does not explain all performance problems.

1st Tip: Understand your urgent needs Step 1: Write the top 3 urgent needs on each paper Step 2: Select the most urgent need and keep it, for the rest, please give to the trainer Step 3: Share with the team what is your most urgent need
