This is an important feature of the event that encourages attendance, attracts visitors to every booth, and occupies children while parents speak to exhibitors. If requested, exhibitors will be provided with 6 feet of floor space (at no additional charge) next to their exhibit table for the set-up of the child-friendly activity. 6-Foot covered table will be provided in the gym. If the all of the exhibitor space in the gym becomes full, exhibit booths will also occupy the hallways of the facility. Exhibitors may request to bring their own table or exhibit instead of using the standard table provided. Attendees will receive a Traverse Bay Tots directory to take-home. The Traverse Bay Tots local resource directory will include a featured listing of Preschool Fair exhibitors. You may also purchase additional display advertising in the Traverse Bay Tots Guide. Exhibitors will receive contact details for all registered attendees following the event. We will make every effort to capture that information from all attendees. Attendance will be approx. 300, including moms, dads and children. Set-up and Breakdown Times: Set-up 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Event 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Break-down 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. General admission is free and open to the public. Exhibitor Participation Fee: $100 per booth space - exhibitors are welcome to secure multiple booth spaces. One exhibitor per booth space: Organizations may not share a booth space.

The 2010 publication will be released for the first time at the Preschool Fair 2010 (on January 16th) and 5,000 copies will then be distributed to local families throughout the community for free! Such a comprehensive, unified source of information has, until now, not been available in our community. This project reaches out to families in a new way…in a way that will serve our youngest community members.
