Every city has 1 major university or a branch of some major university. 3. Companies or branch of companies all sort abound around that university campus 4. This will lead to increasing wealth and an abundance of jobs for all ages 5. This wealth if Invested in Health care and old age centers and Real Estate lead to highly functional civilization 6.
