WHAT IS IP ADDRESS?
Internet protocol is the set of techniques used by many hosts for transmitting data over the Internet.
An IP address is like a mailing address that is used to deliver data, that is, files, to a computer.
IP addresses are stored as binary numbers, they
are usually displayed in human-readable notations, such as 192.168.100.1 (for IPv4), and 2001:db8:0:1234:0:567:1:1 (for IPv6).
How to find your ip address
Ipconfig:-This utility allows you to get the IP address information of a Windows computer.

WHAT IS 192.168.1.1
The IP address 192.168.1.1 is the default for Linksys brand home broadband routers. This address is set by the manufacturer at the factory, but you can change it at any time using the network router's administrative console. 192.168.1.1 is a private IPv4 network address. Any brand of network router, or any computer on a local network for that matter, can be set to use this address. As with any IP address, however, only one device on the network should use 192.168.1.1 to avoid address conflicts.
