Initially concentrating within this specialised industry, palmer publicity provided a wealth of services to clients that developed over the following years into numerous commercial sectors including housing, tourism, local government and engineering. development andmanufacturing Recognising the developing manufacturing in the Far East some years ago, Palmer Publicity went to China, spending over two weeks meeting POS and exhibition manufacturers. We now have various equipment produced in the Shanghai area to our own specifications and import in bulk. This includes roller banners, printed and customised lightboxes, pop up stands and many other specialised items that UK customers require in bulk. The delivery supply chain established has been very reliable and we have our own warehouse to stock items, which we supply to other graphic producers throughout the UK

Alexander Dennis is a successful manufacturer of single and double decker buses, exporting all over the world. palmer publicity undertake all their exhibition graphics and customised bus liveries for UK and USA events. We recently designed and produced a “Stars ‘N Stripes” colour scheme for 20 open top double decker buses that were being shipped to Washington and San Francisco. We utilised over 3300 square metres of vinyl in the graphics manufacture and installed them onto the vehicles in 2 weeks! UK specialist sportscar manufacture, Ginetta, had shed its kitcar background and wanted to compete with other leading brands and required a marketing and PR strategy to reinforce their developing image. Corporate literature, press advertising, pr, dealer marketing and exhibitions were all undertaken for the small specialist. Palmer Publicity put the company on the shopping list for numerous sportscar fans and more recently, as the UK market has altered, track day fans. Palmer Publicity also liaised with a prototype development programme in South Africa for the initial production of a new model, manufactured there due to the advantageous exchange rate and low labour costs. Ginetta, now runs one of the most exciting, one make race challenges at circuits throughout the UK.

casestudyfive... Palmer Publicity became involved with several of the early developing Subway stores and initially reproduced material sent over from the USA. As store numbers increased to over 100, all production was taken overin the UK and designs altered to suit UK tastes. This included running tailor made campaigns that focuses on regional requirements rather than blanket national ones, like many of the other fast food franchises Everything from design, print, advertising and dispatch were handled by ourselves with deliveries to over 700 stores on a monthly basis

Canadian based Quiznos Sub has arrived late into the UK market and had tended to target shopping centres for their franchised outlets and with 25 stores already established, contacted Palmer Publicity to assist them. We now undertake a complete marketing package for them from initial store survey to identify individual requirements, through to voucher book promotion, in store menus and POS with presentations at their national conference.

casestudyseven... Palmer Publicity have produced and installed all graphic requirements for 2 of the national HSBC conferences where all UK managers are brought together in Telford for a 2 day event. This work involved, interior and exterior banners, installation of shell schemes and graphic application, pop ups, roller banners and various other POS requirements. This has been achived through an aggressive role out programme with close attention to the store design, shop fitting and graphic production. When we first got together with Coffee Republic we worked closely with their store development team and designers to re-specify the graphics to match their requirements. We produce every graphical element within the bar from,changeable menu systems to window graphics and a-boards. Coffee Republic can rely on us to meet the deadline and they don’t have to worry about controlling a number of different suppliers.
