Porter’s 5 forces analysis of Tata Comm.  Buyer’s Bargaining Power: Reduction of International call prices from JIO, Airtel and Vodafone gave sufficient bargaining power to Buyers.  Bargaining Power of Suppliers: Intense competition within Industry have deteriorated Suppliers Power after JIO’s launch.  Threat of Substitute Product: Threat of Satellite Internet would unlikely affect Indian cable Network Business. Due to high Initial cost and slow connection.  Competitive Rivalry: Competitive Rivalry is high as existing competitors like Airtel, Vodafone have pushed down Tata Comm. Market.  Potential Entrant: Since current telecom technologies involve heavy capital investment so chances of success for new entrants are very limited. Still it is seen that few new entrant like Idea is growing very rapidly and the growth rate is much higher than the top service providers.
