PNEUMOCOCCAL CATCH UP SCHEDULE FOR CHILDREN BORN AFTER 1 JANUARY 2008 PNEUMOCOCCAL CATCH UP GUIDELINES: 1. No more than 1 dose needs to be given after 24 months of age 2. No more than 2 doses need to be given after 12 months of age 3. No more than 3 doses need to be given after 7 months of age
