Around the City Karunananidhi to preside book launch CHENNAI: The Chief Minister, M. Karunananidhi, will preside over a function to be held at the British Council at 6 p.m. on Friday, to release the book "Plain Speaking: A Sudra's Story" by A.N. Sattanathan. The British Council and Orient Longman have organised the function. Union Minister for Panchayati Raj, Youth Affairs and Sports Mani Shankar Aiyar will launch the book in the presence of British Council (South India) Director Chris Gibson.
