Subject: Mercy petition to pardon, reinstate the Bank Officer\ Relationship Manager Asad Bilal in Habib Bank Limited, Jhelum on Humanitarian Ground

Sir \ Madam, I have been honored to serve in HBL as career professional banker to the best interest of HBL family as trained and directed by HBL during my service with your institution at Jhelum in three years by working in different branches. Unfortunately, somewhere somebody performed against the will of the superiors, not following the rules and regulations and I was victimized due to my presence at wrong time at wrong place. I was issued a show cause notice and alleged on the unjust points and grounds which were totally baseless, against the facts of the matter and action taken in hurry, very fast investigating the so-called irregularity blaming violation of rules and regulations, fake issuance of Banca Policy and dishonesty. I tried to explain my position which was not considered according to normal norms and traditional way and a drastic detrimental exemplary decision is given in this case by the authorized investigators and HR Team. I lost my job without any leniency, convincing and sympathetic view and considerations, not keeping in mind my hard work and honors and services provided to HBL customers beyond my capacity up to the best ability for the satisfaction and uplifting of institution. Furthermore, I would like to mention that I was not given proper chance to justify my position during the course of inquiry and most of the facts were not considered by the HR Team while talking strict decision in shape of “Termination” against me. I want to bring some instances into your notice which are of similar nature or worst. Bank has given lenient decisions in those instances. In my case specifically I was just inputted the information in the system with proper documentation. It was responsibility of the supervisor to ensure documentation and record keeping of the same whereas supervisor is still working in the bank and I have been terminated, even charges affixed on supervisor was comparatively severe in nature. Another case of severe nature happened with the same allegation of CBC in our Area and employee is given clean chit by the HR Department. Purpose of these cases not to penalize anybody but to consider my request with the same punishment given to supervisor and others. I hope and expect HR has equal system of Justification without discrimination. I deserved to be given a chance and opportunity to serve but the HR Team having power to act, investigate and discipline employees took action against me. Although I had some other employees also under investigation in the matter in hand. If the service record of my performance, courteous service, operational as well as other duties performed by me and in general overall

commendations and trainings and career shown on the record during my 3 years with HBL while working in different branches in different assignments and on different positions give enough proof and grounds to be pardoned and allowed to work and reinstate for the best interest of HBL who trained me to serve better for the good of institution. I started my professional career with HBL as Relationship Manager three years ago, through my Hard Work and Dedication I performed different assignments of Sales for uplifting the Bank. I don’t have any other experience as I started my Banking Career Journey with this prestige organization. Furthermore, I would like to mention that we are two sisters and one brother who is un employed, and all my sisters are studying in different colleges & school, my father is returned from abroad and un employed right now. Keeping in view the above facts I request your kind office to reinstate my services or at least issue me NOC/Experience Certificate, so that I can continue my Financial Career with Financial Institution. Further I am humbly submitting for mercy to pardon, look into the matter, reopen my case for review and reinstate me with special authority and powers bestowed on you as head of the financial institution, taking sympathetic view, reconsidering my case on the humanitarian grounds. It will be highly appreciated and I assure you that I will be doing my job to the best of my ability to the satisfaction of my superiors according to the rules and required courteous customer services to build the trust among colleagues, customers and institution. Looking forward to hear from you, your sympathetic decision of the accepting my mercy petition of pardon and reinstatement in the HBL Jhelum, or at least issue me Non Objection Certificate / Experience Letter on humanitarians grounds

Certification: I do hereby solemnly declare that above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.

Regards,

Asad Bilal

Here is Rebecca Kovack's Discussion Post for Week 1 Discussion - Mission Impossible? "For any business or organization to be successful, it needs to clearly convey to its consumer population not only its products and services, but also its purpose and goal for improving or

bettering that faction’s lives and experiences. As a result, companies will begin their marketing strategies with a mission statement. It is the mission statement that details an organization’s function in society, while identifying its customers, market products and technologies (Kerin, Hartley, & Rudelius, 2013). Overall success of any company can usually be measured in how well it communicates its goals to the consumer population through this poignant, concise declaration.

For over sixty years, the McDonald’s Corporation has been the leading foodservice retailer in the world, serving over sixty-nine million customers daily across thirty-six thousand restaurants in over 100 countries (McDonalds Corporation, 2019). Its mission is “To be our customers’ favorite place and way to eat and drink. Our worldwide operations are aligned around a global strategy called the Plan to Win, which center on an exceptional customer experience – People, Products, Place, Price and Promotion. We are committed to continuously improving our operations and enhancing our customer’s experience” (McDonalds Corporation, 2019). Though the statement consists of more than one sentence, it succinctly summarizes the core values and successes that the restaurant mogul has had in delivering its products globally since 1955. It clearly demonstrates as part of its values that the customer and consumer is at the center of all operations both domestically and internationally. The mission statement also identifies McDonald’s success in expanding globally without boasting about it, which is an attractive attribute of the statement and would not irk consumers (McDonalds Corporation, 2019). Furthermore, it illustrates the fact that it seeks to remain competitive with other fast-food chains to remain at the top of the consumer’s list when seeking a meal outside of the home.

The only drawback to the mission statement that I believe could affect its consumer base would be the length. Being more than one sentence can give the appearance that the statement is loquacious. Therefore, I would attempt to shorten the statement to still capture McDonald’s overall mission. Perhaps the statement could read “To be our customer’s favorite place to eat globally through the continued dedication to not only our consumers, but to our people, products, places, prices and promotions through our Plan to Win Program.” This one sentence clearly still portrays the mission in a more succinct fashion that may in the end attract more people.
