Ticket Sales: Tickets will be sold at both A and B lunches in the PAC lobby. GPA check by Mrs. Hemann needs to be approved by September 18th. If it is not done before this date, you cannot attend homecoming. September 8 - 13 Seniors ONLY may purchase tickets. Only 2 tickets may be purchased per person. September 14 – 25 Seniors and Juniors may purchase tickets. Tickets will NOT be sold after September 25 or until tickets are sold out. *TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! NO EXCEPTIONS!!*KEEP YOUR TICKET IN A SAFE PLACE AFTER RECEIVING IT. If you lose your ticket, you will not be admitted in to Homecoming. Important Information: • Students must have a 2.0 GPA or above to attend Homecoming. You must see Mrs. Hemann in 112 for GPA check before you purchase your tickets. This must be taken care of in advance. You may begin having your grades checked as soon as this form hits the TCHS SGA website. If your GPA form hasn’t been returned to you by the day after you turned it in, stop by to see Mrs. Hemann in 112. You may have your GPA checked before your parents sign the permission slip. • Obligations will be checked when you come to the ticket table. Students will not be allowed to purchase a ticket if they have outstanding obligations to the school. • All students and guests MUST have the attached permission slip signed to purchase tickets. In addition, guests who do not attend Timber Creek must have the guest information filled out in order to purchase a ticket. • Custom Photography will be available to take pictures at the beginning of the Dance. • Once a student has exited Hard Rock, there will be no re-entry. • Drinking alcohol or the use of drugs is strictly prohibited. • All the rules outlined in the OCPS Student Code of Conduct apply, as this is a school function. • We have asked the Hard Rock not to allow our students to stay at the hotel, so please don’t make a reservation to stay there unless your parent is staying there with you. Attire for this formal affair: • Ladies should wear formal dresses in good taste •
