Introduction Welcome to The Grow Taller Pyramid Secret. Unlike a lot of other Grow Taller and Height Increase routines this course is designed to keep you on track and not overloaded with tons of information on how to Grow Taller super fast by changing your life completely.

This course is a Step By Step Month by Month progression to permanent growth that you will easily be able to implement into your life. As you progress to the next stage you will be required to add more changes to your routine until you reach the stage that You have achieved your Height Goal. Ok so+Stage 1+

Your year is broken up into days
365 Days/12 Months = 30.42 Days

Each Stage is 30 days
Anyways+
The basic principle is that if you complete this Stage 1 for the 30 days. After the 30 days you are then worthy of moving onto Stage 2. The reason why the process is not so full on is so that you don’t get Overwhelmed with the changes to come in your habits and life+ We have tested this and found that by building a Grow Taller plan from the foundations has yielded much better results from individual to individual. By making small changes every 30 days we have found that people are getting better results and also building the patience to go on to the next stages more easily.
The opposite approach of an intense program that cannot be gradually tailored to a person’s lifestyle is having a crash effect on clients. People start trying to run before they can walk+and give up after 15-30 days because they go from 0 to stage 12 and cannot gradually build the process into their habits+Thus taking a lot of action for a short period but not being able to keep up.

As you may know to Grow Taller you need to be consistent+some of my past clients have seen the best results when they have implemented just a few things over a monthly basis but been consistent with their daily Grow Taller tasks. Rather than, those people that try to be superman and do everything in one month and fail. Because it seems too hard and too much of a change to their lifestyle, that they get overwhelmed with the program and stop completely. Because it’s too fast paced for their lifestyle+

There are rules that apply to the stages+And you must be strict on yourself to be able to Grow Taller and Increase Height+

First thing is+if you don’t complete any certain stage for 30 days then this stage must be repeated+ Each stage you are entitled to cheat days
Only use these cheat days if you need to+here are some examples Of cheat days+ • You cannot do part of the program due to being temporarily hospitalised. • Extremely ill and had to get medication for it(bed ridden).
What excuses not to use for cheat days+ • “I couldn’t be bothered”. • “I had to go out with my friends for a meal and cinema”.

You need to imagine that you are an athlete for the Olympic Games. Would they use some of the above excuses to miss training?+Of course not! And neither should you+If Growing Taller actually does mean that much to you then Growing Taller is going to be the Highest Pleasure that you will ever achieve until you have achieved it+Then you can go on to other things and not have the stress of being short in the back of your mind+

If you did give up on your height and still go on to achieve things+they would not be as nearly as pleasurable than if you sorted out your height first+

You can do both! You can Be Taller and achieve any other goals that you have ready for when you have grown+in fact the momentum and determination you will get from Growing Taller will give you more faith and hope to achieve further goals+because you will have conquered the biggest obstacle in your life already+All other goals will feel soo easy once you have done this+ So I look forward to helping you Grow Taller and conquer this insecurity once and for all+so you can press on with your life and live it to the fullest! But you need to do this first! And accept the process+Over the next 12 months you will change+You will become Taller, stronger and more disciplined. You will develop a sense of urgency to

Ok so this month for many of you this will be a recap on some stretching exercises I have shown you in the past+However+ You may well of done these before but maybe not so consistently. Stage 1 is going to test your consistency and will ensure these stretches become more of a habit than brushing your teeth! Ok so+In the Next 30 days You will be doing 3 Stretches+The Mountain Stretch, The Fish Stretch and the Double Leg Forward Bend.

Each Stretch Should be Performed 3 Times
So that’s 9 stretches you are doing in total per session

You need to hold the stretch for 30 seconds and take 30 seconds rest between each Stretch.. You can Take a 1-2 minute rest between different stretches You Will be Doing 2 Sessions Per day
The First Session must be within 1 hour of waking up. For Example+if you wake up at 07:00am you can do the stretches anytime from 07:00am until 08:00am. The Second Session must be within 1 hour of going to sleep. For Example+If You are going to bed at 10:00pm
then you can do the stretching anytime from 09:00pm to 10:00pm. The Number of CHEAT DAYS allowed this month = 2 Here is a Photo Graphic Recap Of what we went through in the stage 1 Video.
