For nine years many residents have endured air and water infiltration in their homes, mold and mildew build up in many of the units and resort center, leaky roofs, gas pipes not connected properly, numerous plumbing, furnace, and HVAC problems, lack of firewalls, inferior quality water tanks, busted water pipes, poorly installed windows, rotted wood and crumbling infrastructure.
