Penne alla Carbonara Timp de preparare: cca 1/2 ora. Cca 580 kcal/portii. Se consuma cu salata "ghetar" cu rosii. Ingrediente 200 g paste fainoase "Penne" sare 100 g slanina afumata("Parcetta") 2 l.s. ulei de masline 75 ml vin alb sec 2 oua 30 g cascaval ras ("parmezan") piper proaspat macinat Mod de preparare 1.Pastele fainoase se fierb in apa sarata si se lasa sa se scurga. 2. In acest timp se taie slanina in cuburi mari si se prajeste in ulei. Se stinge cu vin alb, apoi se lasa sa fiarba cateva minute. 3. Intr-un castron se amesteca ouale cu cascaval, sare si piper. 4. Se amesteca sosul cu slanina, apoi se adauga ouale, cascavalul si pastele fainoase. Deasupra se presara piper.
