Spray two small hotel pans with oil. In a mixing bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Mix in flour, baking powder and milk into the creamed sugar and butter until smooth. Pour the batter into two small hotel pans. Pour peaches and their juice over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Place hotel pans on steam line.
The peach perfection is delicious when served right from the oven with a scoop a vanilla ice cream! Add a cinnamon stick for a lovely garnish.
