[email protected] Ms. Cho is a long time experienced human rights activist in the areas of women’s movement, labor movement and civil society movement. Ever since she has involved in student movement in 1980, she has advocated in many women’s rights issues such as violence against women, discrimination against women in the family life and labor market to accomplish gender equal society. Not only women’s movement activist but also civil society movement organizer, she has involved and organized in many civil actions to represent women’s aspiration for better environmentally peaceful and democratic society building based on solidarity amongst different civic groups. Recently she’s in charge of domestic and international cooperation to eliminate sexual trafficking and demand of prostitution to prevent victims of sexual exploitation especially for women and children. The following is her working careers and lists of activism what she has involved and accomplished with many other activists in Korea.
