สุนัขในรางหญ้า (The Dog in the Manger) นานมาแล้ว ชาวไร่หน่ ึงอาศัยอยู่ในไร่แห่งหน่ ึงในชนบท A long time ago, there was a farmer who lived in the country.
ชาวไร่ผู้นีเ้ลีย ้ งสุนัขเอาไว้ตัวหน่ ึงเพ่ อ ื ให้คอยเฝ้ าไร่ The farmer kept a dog to watch on his farm.
สุนัขตัวนีด ้ ุ และไม่เกรงกลัวใครเลย The dog was fierce and fearless.
บ่ายวันหน่ ึงสุนัขเดินผ่านคอกวัว เห็นมีหญ้าแห้งอยู่เต็มราง One afternoon, the dog passed by a cow stable and saw a manger full of dry grass.
