Political Committee chair meets 12th model By Kirah Rawls

year’s record for chairing the most Model Arab League

and Model UN conferences. In total, Gallegos

She has participated in 12 different models, including high school and college models. She said she continuously returns because of “people’s willingness to understand different cultures.”

A resolution was passed immediately this morning by the Arab Ministers of Justice, who realized that no matter how eloquent their words, they needed the hotel staff to resolve their issues. “It was the

hotel’s fault,” said Iraqi Delegate Alex Chapman. “It’s very helpful to be able to see everyone, but the issue of human rights was delayed 30 minutes.” The problem was an inefficient arrangement of tables that hid half of the delegates from sight. The delegates emptied the room, and lost precious

time waiting in the halls as the hotel staff reformed the room.

the delegates said the debate is now flowing smoothly.
