WHAT IS PC GUARD???
PC GUARD is a PCI card that stays resident in your computer. It restores your Hard Disk to the original working condition in less than 3 to 10 seconds. ... even if you do an accidental format of your disk in dos mode... Hard to believe?
Food for thought You switch on your PC one morning, and found that someone has deleted all your files. You experiment with the installation of some downloaded software and it results in a badly damaged registry with tons of spy ware. You accidentally delete a few files and also delete them from your Recycle Bin. You clicked on something you don't know, and this activated a deadly virus. With PC Guard simply Restart your PC. Done!

Important A restore Card can only maintain or restore a pre-saved configuration. It does NOT retrieve lost or deleted dataprior to being installed. It cannot retrieve data due to Hard Disk failure; therefore important data should always be backed up. No liabilities are accepted for loss of data or damage rising from the misuse of a restore card. Only the last saved configuration is restored. If you save a configuration, the previous will no longer exist. Data thatis likely to change should be stored on removable media or a non-protected partition. The card should NOT be removed before it is uninstalled.Enter the management menu and select uninstall. If the card is removed before it is uninstalled, it may prevent the system booting to O/S. If a password has been set, be sure not to forget or lose this password. Removing the card may prevent the system booting to O/S. Before you install the card into a computer, it is recommended that you should do the following: Backup all important data
Remove all unwanted files and data Scan the Drive for viruses Scan the Drive for errors Defrag the Drive Check and Set system BIOS If you save a bad configuration you will only restore a bad configuration.
Accidental deletion of files Accidental shutdown Intentional manipulation of data Accidental formatting of hard disk (in DOS) Corruption by Viruses and Trojans Badly behaved applications Frequent change of settings by users
Do we have to remind you of the head aches you endure with the above? ...
