JICO FARINAS Our first guest speaker is a degree holder of Bachelor in Science in Economics and Public Policy at San Beda University Batch 2017. He’s very know to the Philippine Debate Union as the one who can be approached by everyone because he is such a people person. More than that, he’s one of the known Judge in the Philippines. A back to back National Champion on Extemporaneous Speaking from 2011-2012; He was the South Luzon Champion in the 2015 Junior Economic Society debates; In a National level, he was a the Quarter finalist and the 11th best judge of the 2015 National Debate Championships; and the overall best judge of the 2015 Business Ethics Debate. He was also the 9th best judge of the Philippines in the 2017 Philippine Debate Open; A Grandfinalist judge of the 2016 Ateneo Intervarsity and he was the 2016-2017 Alumni relations committee head of the San Beda Student Council.
