Dear PICQS members, We are pleased to invite all interested members to enroll into our P3T (PICQS Think Tank Trainings), which shall be launched tentatively this February 2019. P3T has been created to address the concerns of RICS over the Level 1 qualifications of those who have no RICS accredited degree or whose work experience as a Quantity Surveyor falls short of the required 5 years. As an alternative to the online academy offered by RICS which present quite a costly sum, PICQS offers this training at a reasonable amount and face-to-face learning sessions with qualified speakers and guests to address your interests and queries. P3T is a twelve (12) session training regarding the Assessment of Professional Competency (APC) based on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Guidance Notes or the Black book. Benefits: a. QS knowledge gained b. 30 hours of CPD with full attendance of 12 sessions c. Certificate of Completion upon passing the online Examination P3T Trainees: 1. 2. 3. 4.

Trainees will be invited and will be accepted on a “first come, first serve” basis. Exclusively for PICQS Affiliate, Technical, Provisional and Student Members Class size will be about 30 trainees Allowable absences– three (3) sessions with valid reasons (business trip, sickness, relative death, emergencies etc.)

Two (2) hour presentation per session including 15min Q&A 2 Sessions per half-day Venue – 2nd floor Herald Building, Muralla St. Intramuros Manila Every Saturday:February 23 to March 30, 2019 Examination date (TBA): trainees will take the online examat the same time

P3T Fee: Inclusive of rental of venue and projector, AM snack, Certificate of Completion upon passing the P3T Examination, Handouts and administration of the examination at the end of 12 sessions. Fee:

The Certificate of Completionshall be used for submission to RICS at the pre-assessment stage to satisfy the Level 1 condition for the PER candidates especially those of whom have not taken any QS academic qualification.
