RE: OUTSTANDING STATUTORY MINIMUM PROCESSING FEES OF USD $36,400.00 ON ACCOUNT CREDIT BOND REF. NO: REF.#:[NNPC/PED/34216-82]] TOTAL AMOUNT APPROVED FOR TRANSFER: USD $36,400,000.00. With reference to the above subject matter, we hereby wish to officially notify you that your Account Credit Bond (ACB) which was earlier processed, approved and funds gazetted for immediate transfer to your nominated bank account as designated by you being the true and lawful beneficiary of funds, has been put On-Hold pending the resolution of the above stated fees within the next seven (7) banking working days. However, the concluding process for the swift transfer of your funds to your nominated bank account will only be effected upon payment of the required processing statutory minimum fees accruable to your funds without which transaction cannot be executed and upon expiration of the limited time frame as stated above, your funds would be revert back to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) treasury as Unclaimed deposit. As you have being made to understand in our previous correspondence, this fee is nondeductible and mandatory for beneficiaries with the non-domiciled and bonded funds status as classified. As a matter of urgency, and in line with the very limited time frame for the disbursement of your funds, the treasury department has advise that, you make the payment as you have been earlier directed.
