Wireless ordering is only the beginning. Customers can view forums to see opinions on the food. Past orders can also be tracked, and entrees can be suggested based on preferences. Eventually, customers will be able to reserve a seat and order their food even before coming to the café. In turn, this system benefits both parties. The customers get less wait time, and the restaurant gets a higher customer turn around. Crowds at the front counter will be a thing of the past.
