[PRIMAVERA P6 EPM] Operating Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Management for the vast of industries, where this course is a general operation for professionals’ orientation with the program’s uses, features and capabilities.

Course Outcomes

1. Ongoing elaborative conceptualization of project management, project phases, and project management processes. 2. Get familiar and highly oriented with the program. 3. Read a schedule prepared with any other method or software. 4. Prepare a project’s WBS according to best practices. 5. Prepare a project “TIME SCHEDULE” according to practice standards for scheduling. 6. Prepare a Resources load for time schedule. 7. Produce documentation in report form for RESOURCE USAGE, ACTIVITY LISTS, COMPLETION, and detailed reports for ACTIVITIES and WBS ELEMENTS. 8. Monitor, calculate, and update activity and overall project progress. 9. Produce Cash Flow charts and draw S-Curve from that. 10. Maintain base-line schedule and compare performance and progress. 11. Track multiple projects simultaneously. 12. Manage programs and project portfolios, and coordinate projects according to enterprise divisions. 13. Assign responsibilities according to Organizational Structure of your company.
