Subsidy for clubs and societies

1.

Subsidy will be accorded to each club and society, and the amount will be decided by the chairperson on the proposal. Should there be any change to the amount of subsidy, please contact Ms. KOO Wing-fun (Room B) with a new proposal on or before Oct. 11, 2007 (Thu, Day 4).

2.

The teacher-in-charge of each club and society should claim the expenditure on preparation work for the Open Day on or before Dec. 14, 2007 (Fri, Day 4); any late claims will not be entertained.

3.

Please note that adaptors and stationery including rulers, cutting maps, scotch tapes and staples will be provided by the school for decoration in display areas on the Open Day; however, expenses on these items will NOT be reimbursed.

4.

Subsidy to be accorded to each club and society, as suggested by the Open Day Ad Hoc Committee 20072008 according to the relevant number of display surface, is tabulated as follows: Chop No.
