DIRECTIONS FOR TAKING ISOTONIC SUPPLEMENTS 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

Remove the translucent overcap from the bottle. Unscrew the bottle cap. Fill the small bottle cap—level—with nutraMetrix powder. Pour the capful of powder into a glass. Replace the small cap on the bottle. Fill the overcap with water to the white line. Mix the water with the powder in the glass; let it fizz for one minute. Drink the solution.

Do not put the overcap back on the bottle. Moisture inside the overcap can seep into the bottle and cause the powder to clump, even if the small cap is closed. If this happens, the product can still be taken, but it is difficult to measure when clumped.

For best nutritional results: Take nutraMetrix isotonic supplements on an empty stomach, preferably 15 to 20 minutes before a meal. The best time is before the first meal of the day. Measure both the powder and water carefully to assure an isotonic solution. Keep the container in a cool, dry place. Can several isotonic products be mixed together, or should each be taken separately? Any nutraMetrix isotonic supplements can be mixed together. However, be sure to take not more than eight ounces (four doses) at one time, and be sure to take them on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. Remember: for each capful of powder, fill the overcap with water to the middle line.

SUMMER REMINDER NutraMetrix isotonic supplements are water-soluble. They are very hydroscopic, so high heat and high moisture will cause the products to solidify (clump) in the bottle. Products left in an enclosed vehicle (such as the trunk of a car) for an extended time are exposed to high heat conditions. The best storage conditions are those with as little temperature fluctuation as possible. Keep the supplements in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. The supplements contain only natural preservatives and anti-caking ingredients. Natural ingredients made from silica—as well as calcium sulfate and apple pectin—are added to ensure a free-flowing product. However, if the product becomes partially caked, the vitamin and mineral potency is not diminished.
