Acute congestive Glaucoma: Tension is markedly raised and may lead to loss of vision within 24 hours Progressive Corneal Ulcer: As it may perforates Severe Infection: Cavernous sinus thrombosis, Orbital cellulites, Panophthalmitis or Endophthalmatis Central Retinal Artery Occlusion(CRAO): as visual loss occurs within 30 min Spreading Retinal Detachment(R.D): as macula is thretened
