October 2009 “There’s no better place for ever-aftering than here.”
Is there anything better than Fall in the mountains? There is something magical about the cool, crisp air that seems to settle overnight this time of year. Sweaters are pulled out of storage, the colors get warmer, and neighborhoods are filled with the smell of homefires slipping out of every chimney. As the leaves begin to change, tourists and locals alike take time to drive around and admire the fiery blanket of trees covering our beloved mountains. Fall in the mountains of Western North Carolina is also an exciting time in the Real Estate market. We have been blessed this year to grow our business despite those pesky rumors of a recession. We have been busy constructing a new business model so that we can ensure better and more innovative services for our clients. In addition to Lauretta’s success as a Top Producer in the KellerWilliams Henderson County office for the last three consecutive months, Fitz has transitioned into a full-time Broker on our team. This new team structure has also included the addition of a new team member in our daughter, Maggie, and many other changes that will help us to be the best Real Estate Team in Western North Carolina!
