Syed Moazzam Ali Qadri an MBA from IBA, University of Karachi (1980), has been practicing marketing research since 1983. Over the last two decades he has pioneered in studying consumer behavior, brand health and new product development in Pakistan. He is a recognized resource for designing segmentation and tracking studies in the local MR industry and offers unique strength in designing sampling strategy and in guiding use and interpretation of multivariate techniques
Saima Qamar Director
With a research career spanning 15 years Saima has played a leading role in well-known MR firms of the industry. She re-positioned MR function as “CI- Crystallizing Insights” during her stay on the clients side (Nov 2005-July 2007). Despite having achieved the much coveted stature of qualitative research expert, thanks to her decade long practice (1992-2002), she diversified into quantitative research domain in 2002 and found herself equally poised to handle advanced quantitative research designs such as segmentation studies and conjoint experiments.

Oasis Management Syed Sarwar Kazim Deputy Director Research (KAM) Mr. Kazim is a post-graduate in statistics from Karachi University (1987) and has worked in one of the leading organizations of MR industry since Feb 1989. He has a very sound background working from the positions of Research, Data Processing to Head of Research. He gained rich experience working on international assignments with TNS, Synovate, RI and Gallup Korea. He also worked extensively on tobacco research. Mr. Kazim joined Oasis in 2004 and he is heading KAM (account).
Syed Noaman Asar, Deputy Director Research Mr. Noaman has 10 years of experience in marketing research. He started his career with Procter & Gamble (P&G) in 1998 and then moved to Middle East in 2003. In Dubai and Jeddah he worked for prestigious organizations contributing significantly in business growth. His research expertise belongs in Copy testing and providing consultancy based on research data
Salman Ahmed Rabbani Deputy Director Healthcare & Qualitative Research Mr. Salman has 20 years of marketing, marketing communication & marketing research experience of the industry. Started his career in 1988 with Gallup (BRB) Pakistan, moved to SK&F and SB Pakistan (GSK). In 1994, he relocated to Riyadh, KSA, with SPIMACO where he stayed for 14 years. Has vast international exposure of managing cross functional teams. Qualifications include: MBA and B-Pharmacy and many training courses worldwide.
Naved Akhtar , Deputy Director Operations

Rashid Mehmood, Manager Quantitative Research Mr. Rashid has done his MBA MIS from PAF-KIET and diploma in MR from University of Geoargia. He is associated with Oasis for the last 10 years. His core competency belongs in research and consultancy for different sectors.
