O See the Lord is Good December 1, 2009 What would happen if I relinquished control of my prayer letter to my students? What if they had the opportunity to write whatever they wanted about me? In what follows, I do just that! Steven, I have grown immensely under your discipleship and leadership, and I truly admire the amount of God's love and encouragement that so fill your interactions with all of us, everything from the fatherly/brotherly words of wisdom to the hugs. (Chris) Steven has taught me so stinking much about walking in the Spirit, praying and being a light in the community. He's really encouraged me to take steps of faith and live unashamed of the gospel of Christ. (Jason) Steven is weird. He wears his spiritual heart on his sleeve and will let anyone search it out. He loves people and the Lord. Steven’s is a heart surrendered. (Dan) You are a rock for Him in your family and community. (Ryan) “The teacher.” A man of the Word and a faithful man of prayer. Forever believing and forever joyful. (Hugo) God will use Steven to lead young men and disciple them in the Lord. (Ben) He's very well-versed in the Word and has a great heart for the lost. (Aaron) Steve, you are truly a man among boys, and no, that is not a reference to your age. Your absolute passion for the gospel, your sold out heart for the Lord, your investment in all of us, your love for your family, and your wisdom and knowledge of the Word all point to a mature man of God. You are crazy! I love it. I also appreciate your nonjudgmental attitude, which is a mirror of Christ. (Vince) I think it's great how you sincerely love people.
