UPCOMING PARISH EVENTS rd

Wednesday, December 3 : is the feast of our patron – St. Francis Xavier. Xavier As we celebrate Eucharist on that day, we recall his missionary and educational ministries. We are inviting you to share with us in a pot-luck supper in the hall following the 4:15 Mass. Monday, December 8th: is the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. Conception Let us celebrate our liturgy recalling God’s gift to us in the person of Mary. Mary THANK YOU! THANK YOU! The parishioners who attended the Senator’s game on Thursday brought no luck to the team but great food donations for New Connections Ministries in Horton Township. Thank you for your generosity and for the support you share with fellow parishioners.

PARISH MINISTRIES SCREENING PROGRAM: All persons active in any form of Parish ministry should be registered by way of a form which is filled here at the office. We are currently reviewing our files and will be requesting people fill in a form. In a few ministries you will be asked to provide a “police check” which we realize is an added task. Please understand that this administration matter is mandated by the Diocese and is for our mutual support of prudent management of the parish. “LIVING OUR FAITH”: The Parish Pastoral Council and the Property and Finance Committee at their November meetings had presentations on the possibility of our parish joining in some way with a parish in the Diocese of Peru. Perhaps we could think of making an ongoing commitment to a faith community and share with them the talent and resources we are blest with. SUNDAY OFFERING: $4,500.28. As such, God’s blessings in our life become “grace” to them.
