Chec klist f or A rchitectur al R eview S ubmittal ____ Completed Architectural Review Request form. ____ Complete set of exterior plans, which include elevations of all sides of structure. ____ Plot plan, with structure placed and dimensions from lot boundaries, as well as location of access to driveway. ____ Locations of any large trees that are to be planted of removed from lot. If there are any other documents or other information that you feel are relevant to your application, please include those, as well. Ar chitectu ral R evie w Pr ocedur e 1 – Homeowner(s) submit completed Architectural Review package to current HOA president. (see checklist) 2 – HOA president distributes package to each member of Architectural Control Committee (ACC) 3 – ACC has 30 days to review package and notify homeowner of approval or request additional information. If additional information is requested, ACC has an additional 30 days to process the application. 4 – Written notification will be provided to the homeowner upon final approval of the application.
