Lack of monies to continue paying for the subscription (i.e. grant monies depleted) Students may become too dependent on the website Experience Using the Tool: During my time as a student I have utilized NoodleBib quite extensively. I have continuously been using the site for at least the last 3 years. Once I discovered the site I instantly added the link to my favorites. The website has been a lifesaver for me many times when facing deadlines. The site is very beneficial because you can get help anytime of the day or night. There is no waiting for a professor to return your e-mail or voicemail. The site has saved me from hours of searching through the APA manual and MLA Handbook. It simplifies how to properly cite pretty much any source you can think of. Trends and Future in Education: Effective teaching with technology is a forum much needed in educating those for the future. More importantly the technology/tool utilized must coincide with the teacher's goals and the learner's characteristics and needs, thus that tool/technology should enhance understanding. Most schools have computer labs and many have computers in every classroom and a vast majority of schools are connected to the Internet. By allowing students to have experience with technology early on prepares them to utilize later on in life.
