Paperless environment office network Management System is an online Problem Solving System, which helps the customers to make online clarifications for their problems. This Network Information Management System contains three types of users. They are end user, admin, and super-admin. In this system super-admin can create location, system with some configuration, employee IDs with respective their skills And assign systems to particular locations. End-user can send his problem in this system. That problem will sent to the person, who is expert in that area . Out of many experts one can take that ownership and if he could not solve that problem then he can cancel his ownership then other expert will take the ownership. Responsibilities:

Description: Internet Banking system is an online Banking System, which helps the customers to make online transactions. This banking system contains two types of transactions. They are customer transactions and bank transactions. In this banking system the user has to give his customer id and password. Then he will be giving the list of transactions like balance enquiry, transaction enquiry,

transferring money from one account to another account, fixed deposit position, fixed deposit renewal, cheque status, stop payment of cheque etc. Responsibilities: • Created system test cases based on requirements documents • Peer reviewed system test cases • Created traceability matrix to map test cases with requirements • Executed test cases and reported bugs.

The users are notified by mail with the task specified to them. The application provides different types of notification depending upon the settings done to a task. Such as notifying the person with the change in the task upon every change done to the task. Or notify every 24 hours about the status of the task. The type of users which are part of task management is an administrator and a manager. The privilege list for the manager is different when compared to the administrator.
